Shipping

We ship all orders within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Delivery times: between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the destination
• Shipping costs: free on purchases of €100 or more
• A tracking number is provided as soon as the order is shipped

Our warehouses work with reliable carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Returns

If an item is not suitable for you, you have 14 days from receipt to return it.

• Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the error was ours
• Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days after the return has been approved

Personalized, used, or incomplete products cannot be returned.
